Position Overview:
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Sales, Marketing, and PR Executives, developing strategic campaigns that elevate the park’s brand, maximize attendance, and strengthen community and industry relationships. Your leadership will ensure the execution of innovative marketing and sales initiatives while effectively coordinating efforts across the team to meet ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and provide direction to the Sales, Marketing, and PR teams, ensuring alignment with Shornaa Island Amusement Park goals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase park attendance, brand awareness, and revenue.
• Drive group sales and partnership initiatives with schools, corporate clients, and tourism agencies.
• Guide the team in executing effective digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation.
• Collaborate on the development of promotional materials, including digital ads, print advertising, and event signage.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, using insights to refine future campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring high returns on all campaigns and initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact with external partners, agencies, and influencers, strengthening strategic relationships for the park.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the leisure, tourism, or hospitality industries.
• Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinking with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays, for special events or campaigns.
