The Equipment Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of kitchen equipment and machinery in ourrestaurants. This role ensures that all equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety and health standards, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  Maintenance and Repair:

  
  
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment, including fryers and refrigeration units.
  
  
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and performance.
  
  
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and execute necessary repairs.

  Installation and Upgrades:

  
  
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing machinery.
  
  
  • Ensure that all equipment is set up according to safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent.
