• Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.


• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory records.


• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.


• Place orders for new stock, taking into account lead times and demand forecasts.


• Implement a robust tracking system for real-time visibility into stock movements.


• Generate and analyze reports on stock turnover, aging, and other relevant metrics.


• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure incoming stock meets quality standards.


• Implement measures to reduce and address stock damages or losses.


• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to optimize stock flow.


• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to enhance stock management practices.


• Leverage inventory management software to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.


• Explore and recommend technological solutions to improve overall efficiency.
