• Plan and configure software deployment through Group Policy objects.


• Identify security threats and develop countermeasures using firewall system and intrusion detection system.


• Maintain site-to-site VPN services for multiple customer supports.


• Manage Cyberoam UTM ( network security device and firewall)


• Provide technical support by analyzing hardware and/or software data, identifying the root cause of the problem and implementing the appropriate solution


• Participate and or manage the investigation and evaluation of new technologies that may be appropriate via a structured process incorporating Architectural Review that includes needs assessment, alternatives evaluation and proof of concept


• Create and maintain system and operating documentation


• Design and implement security solutions for BCN network and clients.
