Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Passion for recruiting and finding the best talent to support the company's growth.
