We are looking for a dynamic Head of People and Culture to lead our HR team and drive the company’s culture and people strategies. This role will be pivotal in shaping a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring the alignment of HR policies with our business goals. As the Head of People and Culture, you will oversee recruitment, talent development, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee well-being programs.
