Job Summary:
The HR Officer will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department at the Spintex branch. This role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date employee records both in hard copy and electronically.
Coordinate and monitor attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems.
Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Provide first-line support to employees on HR-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Prepare monthly HR reports and support payroll processing by providing relevant data.
Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Laws and internal HR standards.
Organize training and development sessions in collaboration with the HR Manager.
Manage disciplinary procedures and support conflict resolution processes.
Handle any other HR-related tasks as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices.
