Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
2. Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
4. Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as a desirable place to work through various channels.
- Assist in building and maintaining the company’s reputation in the job market.
5. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and hiring metrics.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to streamline processes.
6. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Uphold the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) objectives throughout hiring practices.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and processes.
- Provide suggestions for improving recruitment techniques and experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
