1. To make a Room and other Service Sales
2. OTA Inventory Management
3. Register all reservations with rates per room type
4. Direct booking channels management including phone, WhatsApp and Walk-in enquiries.
5. To promote our Taste of Heritage packages to guests via emails, Telephone, WhatsApp and walk in guest
6. To provide excellent customer service to guests during the reservation process via telephone and email.
7. To sell additional services such as room upgrades and packages to guests and extras to meet the target.
8. To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and to process all checkout corporate invoices.
9. Check and make sure all OTS Bookings have been debited and credited into their respective ledgers
10. To handle and manage all room reservations and send confirmation letters to all confirmed bookings.
11. To modify bookings on the system including cancellations and rebooking and to process all guest payment with DPO and confirm reservations.
