A reputable resort located in Akosombo is seeking to recruit a Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate will be alert, disciplined, and committed to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence
Monitor surveillance equipment and access points
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken
Control and monitor entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
Maintain logs and prepare security reports
Ensure compliance with resort safety procedures and emergency protocols
Assist guests and staff in security-related matters when needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar security role is preferred
Physically fit with a strong sense of responsibility
Good communication and observation skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
