Strong understanding of fiber broadband, enterprise IT solutions, digital transformation, and cloud computing. Proven track record in B2B, B2C, and government sales. Experience in contract negotiations, tendering, and regulatory compliance. Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs.

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with the company’s vision and market trends.


• Identify and develop new revenue streams in fiber optics, cloud computing, and enterprise s solutions


• Lead B2B, B2C, and B2G sales across internet services, IT solutions, and telecom infrastructure.


• Identify and secure high-value partnerships with ISPs, telecom providers, and enterprise clients


• Expand fiber network coverage to underserved regions and commercial hubs.


• Work with finance teams to set revenue targets and forecast business performance.


• Oversee contract negotiations and tendering processes for large-scale projects.


• Lead and mentor a high-performance commercial team (sales, business development, and marketing).


• Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and customer-centric service delivery.
