Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager (Growth Strategist) to lead the organisation's expansion and revenue growth agenda. The ideal candidate will function at a General Manager level to oversee strategy execution, sales and marketing performance, product growth, and operational excellence across all our centres and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure target delivery.
- Identify and manage high-impact partnerships.
- Drive regional and international expansion strategies (Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa).
- Monitor team performance, ensure accountability, and report directly to the President.
