• Greet customers warmly and present menus


• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers


• Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner


• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely


• Set up tables before service and clean tables after use


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area


• Process bills and handle payments (cash, POS, or mobile payments)


• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders are delivered


• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
