Responsibilities and Duties

 Take orders on POS system in a timely, accurate and polite manner.

 Ensure that customers are well informed about restaurant’s menu and served appropriately.

 Follow our customer engagement strategy and our company's communication “scripts”.

 Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information based on restaurant’s product and services.

 Ensure cash has balanced, and notify management of any shortages/overages.

 Take orders in a timely, accurate and polite manner

 Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

 Research every issue and provide solutions to customers

 Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
