Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions. d) Other Requirements: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (for bartenders). Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Waiters: As a waiter, you will be the face of our service team, responsible for providing a welcoming, attentive, and efficient service to our guests. You will be one of the chief salespersons of the organization.

Bartenders: As a bartender, you will craft and serve beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and contribute to a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Guest Interaction and Service (Waiters):

Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take orders.

Sell and upsell menu options

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

 

1. Beverage Preparation and Service (Bartenders):

Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes.

Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking and ordering supplies.

 

1. Customer Service (Both):

Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly interaction and addressing any concerns.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

 

1. Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization (Both):

Keep tables, bar area, and workstations clean and organized.

Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

 

1. Payment Processing (Waiters):

Present bills, process payments, and return change or credit card receipts to guests.

 

1. Stock Management (Bartenders):

Keep the bar well-stocked, organized, and clean.

Manage bar inventory and report any shortages.
