Experience and Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership. Strong knowledge of accounting systems, budgeting, and compliance. Experience in infrastructure or donor-funded projects is an advantage. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Lead and oversee all financial operations across business units.


2. Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and sustainability.


3. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.


4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.


5. Support business development through financial analysis and negotiations.


6. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights.


7. Supervise finance teams and ensure efficient financial systems and controls.
