• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and board packs


• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to ensure financial stability


• Oversee receivables, credit control, and implement strategies to improve collections


• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax) and manage audits


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning


• Supervise office administration, payroll support, and internal operational processes
