Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or Master’s is a plus) 5–7 years of experience in finance and administration, including 2+ years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax laws, and compliance (Ghana or relevant jurisdiction) Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP) and advanced Excel skills Skilled in budgeting, variance analysis, and delivering financial insights Proven leadership and staff management experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills High integrity with excellent communication skills
