Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA etc) or partly qualified with relevant experience. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in financial management, preferably in donor-funded organizations or development projects. Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, SunSystems). Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and donor financial requirements. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in audit firms is an added advantage.
