Description
- Menu planning: Create menus for staff and special event
- Recipe development: uses seasonal ingredients and suppliers, and create new dishes
- Food preparation: Prepare and cook dishes and desserts, and ensure food is presented well
- Quality control: Inspect deliveries, taste meals, and visually inspect dishes
