In line with its continued growth and commitment to delivering innovative digital platforms and enterprise technology solutions, the organization is seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Product Platform Manager / Sales to lead the strategic development of its core platforms while driving customer engagement and revenue growth. The role is responsible for overseeing the continuous improvement of the company’s platforms, ensuring they are scalable, market-relevant, and aligned with business objectives. It also plays a key role in driving commercial outcomes through solution positioning, customer engagement, and sales enablement. Serving as a bridge between technology and business, the role works closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to define and deliver platform enhancements, while engaging enterprise clients to demonstrate value, support integrations, and drive adoption. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and product lifecycle management with commercial acumen, enabling them to translate technical capabilities into business value, support client engagements, and contribute to both product strategy and revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and execute the roadmap for the core product platform (UCP, Finedge and SMERP), ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver platform enhancements and features.
Sales & Business Development
- Handles all technical product knowledge, platform demos, proposal development, and client engagement.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on platform capabilities during sales presentations, workshops, and negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and platform expansion use cases.
- Work with marketing team to develop sales collateral, product sheets, and pitch materials.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, explaining platform benefits, integration models, and ROI.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Support onboarding of new customers by coordinating platform configuration, integrations, and product training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing platform-related concerns and driving continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with technology teams to define platform features, KPIs, technical requirements, and integration flows.
- Work with finance, sales, and strategy teams to support pricing models, cost optimization, and revenue forecasting.
- Support internal teams with product documentation, release notes, API guides, and training.
Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy
- Analyze competitors, market shifts, and industry trends to refine platform positioning.
- Define commercial value propositions, including differentiation for enterprise customers.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy for new platform capabilities and product extensions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of combined experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Business Development
- Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, payments, enterprise software, telecom, or API-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), product tools (Jira, Confluence), and sales enablement techniques.
- MBA or professional certifications (CSPO, PM certifications, sales certifications) as an added advantage
- Strong understanding of platform-based products, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., SaaS, fintech, or ERP systems)
- Experience in product lifecycle management, including product planning, development coordination, release management, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to engage enterprise clients, deliver product demonstrations, and support solution positioning in pre-sales environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs and market insights into product enhancements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and marketing, to deliver commercial and technical outcomes
