As a Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties.

• Answer phone calls and operate a switch Board,
• Route calls to specific people
• Answer inquiries about the Company
• Respond to customer complaints and offer immediate assistance,
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable,
• Call persons visitors are waiting for and offer direction for them to meet
• Receive and Dispatch mails/parcels
• Perform basic book keeping, data entry, filing and clerical duties
• Assist in follow up calls on customers and applicants coming for interview
• Ensure reception area is tidy
• Demonstrated ability to maintain focus and confidentiality
• Any related duties assigned from time to time.
