Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has highlighted the importance of executing set pieces in modern day football.
He made this assessment in a post-game interview after seeing his team beat Vision FC 1-0 at the University of Ghana via a Mawuli Wayo header in the 41st minute.
The win ended a barren run of results for the Phobians who were winless in three games in the lead up to the Vision FC contest.
Nana Kweku Agyemang, Vision FC head coach, expressed his disappointment with his team over the manner they conceded but on the other hand, Didi Dramani was pleased his team executed on a set piece play. (Click highlighted text to read full story)

“Our trump card is also working on the set pieces because the set pieces game has become very fundamental in the modern trends and so when the game becomes so tight you can rely on set pieces to open up.”

“I think that we should have scored even more than two from our set piece play” Didi Dramani said.
