Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field - Diploma or certificate in Videography, Film Production, or a related field Proficiency in operating various camera types, including DSLR, mirrorless, and professional video cameras Knowledge of lighting and sound equipment, including setting up and operating lights, microphones, and audio recorders Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer Understanding of color grading and color correction techniques Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to convey a message through video Creativity and attention to detail in composition, lighting, and camera movement Ability to work with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life Certification in videography, such as the Certified Videographer (CV) designation Certification in video editing, such as the Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) designation

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Prepare adequately for video shoots for brands and clients. 
• Improve communication with client to fully understand needs or ideas, (through story boards, meetings, etc)
• Manage and prepare lighting equipment and props needed for shoots 
• Spearhead video production on projects to yield the best results for clients
• Improve skills needed and expertise for software needed to execute the role adequately. 
• Ensuring studio output exceeds industry standards and expectations.
