1. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field - Diploma or certificate in Videography, Film Production, or a related field 2. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in operating various camera types, including DSLR, mirrorless, and professional video cameras - Knowledge of lighting and sound equipment, including setting up and operating lights, microphones, and audio recorders - Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer - Understanding of color grading and color correction techniques 3. Creative Skills: - Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to convey a message through video - Creativity and attention to detail in composition, lighting, and camera movement - Ability to work with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life 4. Certifications: - Certification in videography, such as the Certified Videographer (CV) designation - Certification in video editing, such as the Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) designation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare adequately for video shoots for brands and clients. 


• Improve communication with client to fully understand needs or ideas, (through story boards, meetings, etc)


• Manage and prepare lighting equipment and props needed for shoots 


• Spearhead video production on projects to yield the best results for clients


• Improve skills needed and expertise for software needed to execute the role adequately. 


• Ensuring studio output exceeds industry standards and expectations.
