Qualifications
• WASSCE or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience.

• Strong communication and customer care skills.

Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Manage in and out-going emails, ensuring prompt responses.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Assist with basic office tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling client inquiries effectively.
- Assist with front desk duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Type documents with high accuracy and speed.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders clearly and efficiently.
- Provide support in handling logistics-related inquiries, especially in import/export activities.
- Knowledge of international trade practices will be an added advantage.
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks as needed to support presentations and promotional materials.
