Qualifications
• Should have Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have 2 years of work experience in sales, preferably in device, consumer electronics, fintech, microfinance, or retail sales.
• You should have proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Must possess strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Should be ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Must Have the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Must have Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Technical Skills
• Must be Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Must have the ability to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management reports.

• A two-year fixed-term contract with a gross base salary and commission per device sold, renewable based on performance

Description
Purpose
You will be responsible for promoting and selling device financing products to customers while achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves prospecting clients, explaining financing terms, processing applications and ensuring timely repayments.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to identify, pursue, up-sell, and cross-sell business opportunities.
- Should be able to Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- You must be able recruit, train, and manage direct sales representatives (DSRs) to meet set targets.
- Should collaborate with internal teams, including commercial and back-office units.
- Should be able meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- You should be able to lead and execute effective recovery activities, including monitoring outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and reducing bad debt exposure
- Must be able to provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
