The Sales Executive supports the company’s revenue targets by executing route-to-market activities, merchandising standards, and market activation initiatives:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned channel
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Ensure regular order generation, invoicing, and follow-up on payments where applicable.
Plan and execute daily route sales activities to maximize outlet coverage.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and correct pricing at all retail points.
Maintain updated customer lists, route plans, and outlet segmentation.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and key customers.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high service quality.
Conduct regular market visits and gather customer feedback for business improvement.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, market intelligence, and stock movement updates.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Ensure accurate documentation of orders, returns, and customer interactions.
