EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:  A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.  Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of significant experience in sales or sales team management, preferably in the sustainability, services, or related industry.  Proficiency with CRM software and analytical tools to track and manage sales performance.  Strong expertise in data analysis and performance tracking, with a proven ability to optimize sales strategies based on insights. REQUIREMENTS  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.  Proven ability to develop and implement communication and marketing plans that support business goals.  Ability to create compelling content and campaigns that engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.  Strong project management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines, managing priorities, and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  Skilled in conducting market research, audience engagement, and crafting brand stories that resonate with target markets.  A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.  Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive initiatives that foster team success.  Knowledge of media relations, public relations strategies, and corporate communication standards.

oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Manager.

ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies,
fostering strong client relationships, and leading a high-performance sales team.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market
expansion objectives.
 Create and implement strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and
growth targets.
 Research market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify
new opportunities and increase market share.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer
satisfaction and retention. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
 Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve peak performance. Provide
