Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager 

Purpose: ​

Drive revenue growth by leading strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and managing 

sales teams to achieve targets in the furniture industry. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Develop and execute marketing plans to boost product sales and brand presence. 

∙Lead sales teams and build strong client relationships. 

∙Oversee digital marketing, social media, and campaigns aligned with brand identity. 

∙Analyze campaign performance using data insights and conduct market research. 

∙Manage budgets, create marketing collateral, and mentor team members. 

Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 

∙7+ years of marketing experience (furniture/interior design/manufacturing preferred). 

∙3+ years in leadership roles with proven campaign success. 

∙Proficiency in tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social media platforms). 

∙Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
