Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will drive the sales and distribution of digital financial services within their assigned region. This role includes managing a network of agents, collaborating with financial service providers, and expanding market share for digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
· Promote digital financial solutions such as agency banking, mobile money, micro-loans, insurance, and payment solutions.
· Identify and engage potential customers to increase product distribution.
· Distribute merchant solutions, including Smart POS and ERP solutions.
Network and Agent Management:
· Recruit, train, and manage agents.
· Implement agent onboarding and performance strategies.
· Drive sales performance through agent incentive programs.
Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities.
· Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic feedback.
· Analyze sales data to improve performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Maintain relationships with financial institutions, community leaders, and business associations.
· Implement joint initiatives with financial service providers.
· Represent the company at regional events.
Customer Service and Support:
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Provide ongoing support to agents and customers.
Reporting and Compliance:
· Prepare sales reports for senior management.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
· Collaborate with finance and compliance teams.
