Our Freight Forwarding Company in ACCRA is looking to hire Area Sales Supervisors for Scouting Team.
JD: Identify and engage with potential truck service providers.
● Develop and maintain relationships with truck owners and operators.
● Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new service providers.
● Ensure all service providers meet company standards and requirements.
Strategy and Execution:
● Develop and execute plans to achieve targets.
● Track and report on performance and market trends.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
● Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Eligible Candidate Must Possess:
1. HND / Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or related field.
2. 3+ years sales experience + fleet management, maintenance, logistics, have large connections to drivers, etc.
