Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the car spare parts division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the car spare parts sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
