• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve wholesalers' channel sales and collection targets.


• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the wholesale department.


• Maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new opportunities.


• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients for better profitability for the organization.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Prepare and manage the wholesale sales budget.


• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional activities and materials.


• Provide training and support to the wholesale team.


• Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and report to senior management.


• Translating strategy into initiatives, coordinating projects, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.


• Supporting technology implementation of business strategies and Championing cost-effective solutions.


• Determine product mix, stock level, and service standard to meet the market.


• To liaise and coordinate with support functions for the smooth operation of the business.
