Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Team Lead with a strong emphasis on customer service and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate, promote and grow our products or services while also ensuring exceptional customer experiences. With this role, you will be also responsible for marketing channels including digital channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee both the sales and marketing teams, collaborating closely to align strategies and achieve company growth
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional media, events, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and positioning.
- Ensure uniformity and consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Digital Marketing:
- Utilize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and growth.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI (return on investment).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years work experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience managing and leading a team, with a track record of driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment specifically the financial field.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
