Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business-to-Business Manager in the Trading Industry ( Home Appliances ) who will play a crucial role in managing Client relationships and driving sales between the company and its business clients. This position involves understanding the needs of B2B clients, developing strategies to meet those needs, and fostering long-term partnerships to achieve mutual business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and effective communication.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Product and Service Understanding:
- Have a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure offerings meet the evolving needs of B2B clients.
- Provide input on the development of new products or services based on client feedback and market demands.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring they align with both company and client objectives.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B sales and client satisfaction.
- Implement improvements based on performance metrics to enhance overall business relationships.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, and product development.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
