Job Description
We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Team Members to support our business growth efforts. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products and services, following up with prospects, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping convert opportunities into paying clients.
This role is commission-based to start, meaning earnings will be directly tied to performance, closed deals, and measurable sales results. Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Promote company products and services professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, demos, discovery calls, or presentations with qualified prospects.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.
- Create or assist with sales materials, proposals, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Track leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Meet agreed weekly and monthly lead-generation or sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with management to improve sales strategy and marketing outreach.

Compensation Structure
