Job Description:
As a Software Sales Executive at Xanxoft®, you will be responsible for driving new business sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of software solutions and services to potential clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that add value to their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the software products inside-out and be able to help clients identify the many ways in which our solutions can help them.
- Understand how our software works with a variety of hardware components (computers, tablets, smartphones, printers etc.)
- If a client stops using any of our software products, you need to be able to tell us the reasons why that happened and share actionable ideas on how we can improve
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and stay informed about competitor activities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and digital product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness and provide superior customer service.
