Description
We are looking to hire a Sales Executive to join our internal team. Reporting to the Director, you will primarily drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leveraging existing networks to promote our services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to generate leads and promote HR services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management team on market demands and client preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular (monthly and quarterly) sales reports detailing activities, progress, and achieved targets.
- Represent the company at events, and conferences to attract new business and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements/contracts
