Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. At least three (3) years of sales experience in Real Estate or a similar role is preferred.​ Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Possess a strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques. Possess excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and fluency in other languages is an advantage.

Our client who is into property development and facility management requires an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be primarily responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.


• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales prospects and assess customer needs.


• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and offer tailored solutions.


• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on property inventory to prospective clients.


• Negotiate and close sales deals while addressing client objections or concerns.


• Build and nurture relationships with agents, partners, and internal teams to enhance sales performance.


• Ensure properties are available for client viewings and sales demonstrations.


• Provide regular sales reports and share customer feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement.


• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences to attract new business and enhance brand visibility.
