QA PrepRoom Consult is an education consulting company that specializes in providing special after-school-hours programs and support services to students from various schools in Ghana and abroad. Our mission is to help students of varying skill levels to excel in their SHS TRANSCRIPT, WASSCE, and SAT, and to find admission and scholarships for them into the best universities in the USA, UK, Canada, etc. We do this by helping EACH student regardless of their skill level, overcome their weaknesses, and build on their strengths through our various programs and services such as “Fill-In-Your-Gaps Math and English Basics Classes, WASSCE Vacations Programs, SAT Classes, GRE Classes, USA/Canada/UK Universities Admissions and Scholarships Consulting Services, and Parent and Student Counseling Services. We have our offices in Ghana and in the USA.
Job Description:
MARKETING
- To MARKET and PROMOTE PrepRoom Services and Brand to Schools, to PTAs, to Students, to Churches and to Youth Groups
- ORGANIZE Meetings and Seminars in Schools for Tutors, Students and PTAs to explain requirements for getting full scholarships and how to prepare for these scholarships
- USE various marketing tools, such as Radio and TV Adverts, Talks, Social Media, Posters, Fliers, Letters to Schools, etc, to promote PrepRoom services
SALES
- RECRUIT students to Register and attend PrepRoom Special Vacation Classes to prepare for A’s in their TRANSCRIPTS, WASSCE and SAT
- RECRUIT students to Register and sign up for PrepRoom’s US and Canada Universities Admission and Scholarship Applications Consulting Services
Requirements:
- Proven Experience in Sales of Services
- Proven Experience in Marketing of Services
- Proven Experience in Social Media Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent ability to dialogue with School or Church managements to organize meetings and seminars for Tutors, Parents, Students, etc. in how PrepRoom can prepare their students for scholarships to universities abroad
- Excellent Presentation Skills to do presentations of PrepRoom services in Schools and Churches
- Technologically proficient in online meeting and conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Meet, etc
