Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the cosmetic and beauty industry to recruit a Sales Executive for immediate employment. The office will be located in Accra.
Job Summary:
The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the cosmetics industry.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the marketing team to position products effectively in the market, highlighting unique selling points.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to achieve their targets.
- Set individual and team sales targets, regularly review performance, and provide coaching or training as needed.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team and drive high performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and other partners.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and address any concerns or issues.
- Predict sales volumes for existing and new products, helping to inform inventory management and production planning.
- Assign sales territories and manage the distribution of products across different regions or markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and avoid stockouts.
- Identify and explore opportunities to expand the company’s presence in new geographic markets or product categories.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and other events to promote the company’s products.
- Regularly assess the competitive landscape, understanding competitor strengths and weaknesses, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
