Role / Duties:
Ensures food and other items are stored properly
Check quality of ingredient
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Monitors and orders supply and inventory
Develop new meal recipes
> Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from culinary school preferred Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in Local and Continental Cuisines or Meals. Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment. High understanding of food safety practices and hygiene.
Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude.
> Required Experience:
Proven experience as cook
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and method (grilling, baking boiling etc.)
Check quality of ingredients
