As part of its continued growth and commitment to delivering advanced technology solutions, the organization is seeking a Project Manager to support project delivery and client engagement initiatives. The Project Manager will play a critical role in the successful delivery of technology driven projects within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while upholding high-quality standards. Working closely with clients, internal technical teams, and external partners, the Project Manager will lead project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless project execution from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will also ensure strong project governance, alignment with business objectives, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver successful and impactful project outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Create and manage project schedules, including task assignments, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, both internal and external.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct regular project meetings (status updates, kick-offs, and reviews) with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Effectively manage client expectations and ensure consistent, transparent communication on project progress.
Team Coordination & Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., development, IT, QA, design, etc.) to ensure all project
- tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas, solve problems, and drive project success.
- Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in collaboration with the team.
Risk Management:
- Proactively identify potential project risks (technical, operational, or financial) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Address and resolve issues or roadblocks that may affect project timelines or quality.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.
- Track project expenditures, and provide regular updates on budget status to stakeholders.
- Optimize the use of resources to ensure the project is completed efficiently and cost effectively.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, methodologies, and any relevant regulations or standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess what went well, what can be improved, and ensure lessons learned are captured.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for each project, including project plans, status reports, and final deliverables.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues.
- Track and report on project metrics, including timeline adherence, budget performance, and quality of deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar qualification is highly desirable.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT services, software development, or technology consulting industry.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar software.
- Knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar qualification is highly Desirable
PREFERRED SKILLS.
• Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Agile/Scrum Master experience or certification.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Full-time, office-based or hybrid remote work options depending on company policy.
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or project site visits.
• Flexible hours may be required depending on project needs or time zone differences
