Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, retail, or FMCG Strong understanding of business transformation or operational improvement initiatives Experience working with structured programs or consulting frameworks is an advantage Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is highly desirable

• Lead the rollout of the transformation plan by turning strategy into actionable projects and ensuring alignment with daily operations.


• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, IT, procurement, retail) and manage external partners to ensure smooth execution.


• Track progress using KPIs and dashboards, and provide regular updates to leadership on milestones, risks, and outcomes.


• Drive adoption of new processes and systems, support communication from leadership, and manage resistance to change.


• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
