JOB SUMMARY

A fast-growing clothing brand located in Accra's airport is seeking a smart, customer-oriented Sales & Shop Officer to manage daily shop operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a great shopping experience for customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service


• Assist customers in selecting outfits and making purchase decisions


• Manage daily sales transactions and issue receipts


• Maintain proper display and arrangement of clothing items


• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing always


• Monitor stock levels and report shortages


• Promote products both in-store and via social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
