Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the daily work of cleaning crews across multiple sites.
Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet company and client expectations.
Training & Onboarding: Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and equipment use.
Scheduling & Coverage: Prepare staff schedules and arrange cover for absences (sickness or annual leave).
Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment condition, and order inventory to ensure, according to reports.
Client Liaising: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback or complaints promptly.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure staff adhere to safety regulations, including COSHH, PPE usage, and site risk assessments.
Administrative Duties: Maintain attendance records, complete inspection reports, and submit timesheets accurately.
