A growing medium-scale food processing factory is seeking a practical and results-driven Operations Supervisor to support daily factory operations and ensure efficient production, quality compliance, and staff supervision.

This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor with experience in food or FMCG manufacturing who is comfortable working on the factory floor and managing people, processes, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities including processing, packaging, and storage


• Ensure production targets are met according to shift and daily plans


• Monitor machine operations and report faults or breakdowns promptly


• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (GMP / basic HACCP practices)


• Supervise factory staff, allocate duties, and enforce discipline and punctuality


• Reduce wastage of raw materials and packaging materials


• Ensure proper housekeeping, sanitation, and use of PPE


• Maintain daily production and shift reports


• Escalate operational, quality, or safety issues to management
