A reputable company located in Kumasi, is in need of smart order processing officers, for immediate employment.
Job Description
As an order processing officer, you will be solely responsible for receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. You must ensure that orders are entered onto the company's system in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly. You will liaise closely with the warehouse, sales teams and management, to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled.
Requirements
HND in Accounting, Business Administration or any other related field
Minimum 2 yrs. experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiar with any database software
Very good with Mathematics and calculations
Must willing to work extra hours & on saturdays
Skills
Ability to manage stress and work in a very busy working environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi task spontaneously
Salary: 1350.00
Allowance: Ghc 100.
Overtime will be paid every middle of month.
