Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportaion

2. Lead and develop a team of operations staff, supervisors, and drivers

3. Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies

4. Optimize logistics processess to improve efficiency and reduce costs

5. Manage relationshipswith clients, vendors and partners

6. Develop and implement operational plans and budgets
